Edyta Knizewska is a dual-qualified derivatives lawyer, entrepreneur, and founder of FIT Legal, DerivativesLab, and CEO of DeriviDoc.

With over 15 years of experience across private practice and global financial institutions, Edyta has advised banks, hedge funds, and asset managers on complex derivatives and trading documentation. She previously held in-house roles at Credit Suisse and Man Group, where she negotiated and structured high-value trading agreements at the heart of global markets.

Today, through her legal consultancy and education platform, she translates technical complexity into commercial clarity - equipping professionals with the confidence, strategic awareness, and negotiation skills required to operate at senior levels in banking and finance.

Alongside her legal work, Edyta coaches ambitious women in the financial services industry on navigating corporate dynamics, building influence, and stepping into leadership without sacrificing clarity, identity, or ambition. 

Pascale Lebaillif is a Professional Growth Coach who works with ambitious, aspiring women in mid to senior-level roles, helping them break through any glass ceiling in their professional journey. With over 20 years of experience in finance and law, she has held senior executive positions at Credit Agricole CIB, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and JP Morgan.
